It is unfortunate that we are having to address the following issue but we feel that it is necessary to clear some things up regarding the false slanderous allegations that have been posted online against Bob Toto‘s Classic Cars.
We would first like to apologize to all of our current and previous customers that have been affected by these false allegations brought on by an ex-employee with an obvious agenda. There is currently a criminal investigation with the Tampa Police Department involving this individual. We would also like to take this opportunity to once again thank the many customers that have called regarding the comments and that have expressed support for our business in some way. Our customers privacy is very important to us and we refuse to get them involved in this situation by rebutting the false allegations or by posting positive comments.
Bob Toto’s Classic Cars has been in business here in Tampa for years and this is the first incident involving any negativity in regards to the quality of our work. Our number one priority is our customer’s satisfaction, from the start of a project to it’s completion. We have a lifetime guarantee on our work and have never charged a customer to perform a repair on a faulty part - ever.
In regards to allegedly taking too long to complete a 1953 Ford - we do admit that we have had our share of personnel issues as well as supplier timeliness problems with inadequate and faulty parts that we, here at Bob Toto‘s Classic Cars, refuse to install on a customer’s car. This particular customer however has changed his mind midstream of the project multiple times and that has caused long delays in the estimated completion date. Again, the customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority and this issue has been addressed.
On a personal note, Bob’s father brought him up with the belief that if you have anything to say about somebody - have the guts to say it to their face, opposed to playing childish games and upsetting good people.
